Greetings citizens of the Empire. We have noticed that there is a noticeable reduction in activity in the forums these past few months. It's been stagnant--member participation has been declining steadily. So, we've hatched a plan to overhaul the community--a new skin and and major improvements here and there. The problem is, we can't do this without PHP programmers & web designers (preferably ones that are acquainted with coding addons/apps and designing skins for InvisionPower Board. Those who doesn't have any experience with IPB, but are willing to learn are also welcome!).

If anyone is interested in coding for the Empire, drop your application here. You don't want the Empire to fade into oblivion, do you?

I have no experience in PHP coding and web designing but I'm willing to learn and help out.
Just tell me what you need to get done and how to do it and I will do my best to get it done:)
PS: I can use photoshop to a certain extend... If that helps....

I have not used PHP or IPB before, but I am sure I could learn, programming is amusing.
I do have basic knowledge of XHTML and CSS, and C type programming languages.
And I can Photoshop, but mostly in cutting out or blending what is already there together, AKA editing.

Experienced PHP dev here, used to writing libraries in different languages, writing add-ons for anything shouldn't be a problem if the code is decent/documented, my only flaw would be a lack of JS experience, I never really liked it... felt messy, but from what I read and some tests I did, it came a long way.

PM me anytime. ^^

I have 0 experience whatsoever in this (I have some mild experience with C+ and Java if that helps), I am however studying Computer engineering and would be VERY interested to learn it, if you could wait 1 week and a half (final exams) and point to some good tutorials and examples I would be willing to help.

I'm willing to enter.
I'm an advanced programmer in: PHP, javascript, HTML, CSS and SQL (specially SQL for MySQL). With 6 years of experience in all those languages.
I'm not a designer. Don't ask me to do something preety, tell me what's pretty and I'll do exactly that for you.
I have some small knowledge how this board was programmed (when I state small, I really mean small).

I have no experience but I'm willing to learn. I used to own / run a website before but it faded away due to a sudden change in my lifestyle...I'm sure it wouldn't be hard for me to pick up where I left off. Let me know if you're willing to take on this n00b-ish person lol.

Hey there, i studied some web designing, know a bit(when I say bit, I really mean a tiny bit) of PHP, and know some CSS.

No experience regarding IPB but I'm pretty sure I have desire to learn and experience some computer programming. I'll do everything I can to help if needed

I don't really know how to do codings but I have tried to edit existing skins a few years back.
I can help making the graphics (banner, buttons etc) if you want! :D

Yeah, insanely late in replying but I don't really check my mail ever... >.>

I have a rather large amount of experience skinning boards and making websites in general. I have a degree in graphic design and took a few classes in web design as a part of that. I do know CSS but That's it. I like simple and clean layouts and go for as little clutter as possible. I don't know if your still taking applications, but here it is anyway.

Hi guys, is there anything I can do to help? I wouldn't mind being assigned to someone to assist.
I just felt like there is an overwhelmingly large list of things to do and I'd like to help in anyway I can.
I don't have any experience in programming or designing, sorry. I merely have adobe.

Been coding PHP since college, and now as the main job. Comfortable with front-end programming too.
