I was excited for Awake when I first saw the advertisement for it. The main problem was that I saw the initial advertisement way before the show started and almost missed the pilot because I wasn't really so excited about it anymore. To make matters worse, I absolutely hated the pilot episode. However, I decided to give the show another chance, and I was hooked in episode 2. I've been keeping up with it ever since. Even though I feel I may have already figured out most of the big secrets of the show, I feel a connection to the main character, especially his unwillingness to even try to figure out how to fix his 'problem' despite the fact that he knows it is affecting his mental health.
I didn't see the first episode of Fairly Legal, which is probably a good thing for me. Ben Grogan, a new addition for season 2, is my favorite character and I basically watch the show just because of him.
Castle and Psych I watch for basically the same reasons. They are both police detective shows that mix in a whole lot of comedy, but still manage to maintain enough mystery and characters thinking to keep me engaged. Psych is definitely by far the sillier of the two and I prefer the episodes where they are only trying to catch/stop a criminal/killer and not the ones where the world/country is in danger, but I like them overall.
I love Leverage for many reasons. Despite not being realistic and overly demonifying large corporations, I like all the main cast. There is something about Nate's ability to make the bad guy think they've won and then drop the bomb that they've walked right into his trap that is satisfying to me. Also, all of the characters seem to have brains and can actually see when things are going wrong (sometimes, like normal humans) or question things they think aren't right.

Right now I'm downloading the first season of Psych, because my sister suddenly remembered about it when we ran out of RL series to watch. We used to watch it during our childhood and remember it being one funny show, so we decided to try it out. I just hope the torrents get faster.

As for others I'm hooked on, here goes:
Supernatural -- love this one, even though it was iffy for part of the season when Eric Kripke stepped down.
Grimm
Once Upon A Time -- Finally something where Jennifer Morrison isn't a frigid twit. And Lana Parrilla is worth the price of admission.
The Finder -- Sadly, this one's going to be canceled.
Breakout Kings
TrueBlood -- I love this show, but I'm at the point where I've nicknamed Sookie "Sucky" because I'm sick to death of her saccharine sweetness. The only part I liked in Season 4 was when she poured Talbot down the drain.
That's about it for now.
